Methods of Payment :
 Single payment or two equal interest-free instalments. In the case of two equal instalments, the first shall be by bank deposit and second by cheque post-dated for 14/02/07 . After this date, only full payment will be accepted. Minimum payment R$100,00. |

Accommodation in pousada includes only breakfast.
Not included: Other meals and extras. Tourism tax R$2,00 per day per apartment should be paid directly to the hotel.
Price per person in Reals (R$) as of 30/01/2007. Prices subject to alteration without previous warning.
Hotel reservations are considered confirmed upon receipt of respective payment.
Check-in from 2:00pm and check out by 12:00 midday.
Alterations: after receiving hotel voucher, any alteration requested by guest will be subject to a charge of R$50 per alteration to be paid at time of request.
Cancellations: After paying deposit or up to thirty days before check-in date, cancellations are subject to a fine equivalent to the price of the first day's accommodation. There will be no refunds after this time
